Wining and Dining
At
Four Seasons hotels and resorts, dining in is the way to go with a growing list of re-energised culinary experiences offered around the world. The newly reopened
Garden at
Four Seasons Hotel New York is one of the city’s hottest new restaurants and wine bars. At
Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai in Thailand, the all-new
Ratree Bar and Lounge offers poolside dining and cocktails with sweeping views of rice paddies against a mountain backdrop. At
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka‘upulehu, the new
Beach Tree restaurant – located right on the sandy beach – has been transformed, combining Hawaiian architecture with warm comfort for the benefit of Resort guests and locals alike.
Two long-time favourites within the
Four Seasons family have recently received complete makeovers: Racquets at
Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas as part of a
multi-million dollar renovation, and the always buzzing
Windows Lounge at
Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. The latter’s
Cabana Restaurant next to the pool also has a new look and menu that includes something for everyone, from the healthy to the indulgent. Also sporting a fresh appearance and new menu is the
Beymen Café at
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza.
Just Say Ahhhh
These days, booking spa treatments goes hand in hand with reserving rooms and tables, and guests of
Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai can now do just that at
Qin, the Hotel’s
all-new spa. At
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka‘upulehu, the
spa has unveiled a new look for its many returning guests as well as new visitors to the Big Island, while sister property
Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea now offers
ocean-side
hale hau (traditional Hawaiian houses) for private spa experiences.
And So to Bed
A good night’s sleep in a signature
Four Seasons bed has been the company’s hallmark for close to five decades. At
Four Seasons Hotel Chicago,
new suites designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon evoke a residential feel and offer unrivalled views of Chicago’s magnificent skyline and Lake Michigan.
Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai has just debuted its
new Pool Villas – each with a private pool and whirlpool – providing maximum privacy while allowing easy access to all Resort facilities. And where else but America’s capital would more than one
presidential suite be in demand?
Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, opened its sixth last year – complete with bulletproof windows.
Everybody Into the Pool ... or Out to the Course
One of LA’s hottest
pool scenes has been completely re-landscaped at
Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, with a newly refurbished Cabana Restaurant offering chic lunches and poolside snacks. At
Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, the
Family Pool has a new look featuring an expanded area for sunning, a toddler pool and a real sand beach. In Hawaii, the original
Four Seasons resort experience is once again leading the way with a new secluded infinity-edge
Serenity Pool for adults at
Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea.
On the shores of the Mediterranean at
Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano, Egypt, a new
indoor heated infinity pool now offers an alternative to the sea-view outdoor pool. Already boasting five pools,
Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Mexico, has just added a
second golf course. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the new Bahia Course meanders among lakes and water features, with undulating fairways and greens that will challenge a player’s short game.
