Four Seasons Hotel Introduces the Candy Cart. A delight for all ages, the Candy Cart features handcrafted sweet treats by Executive Pastry Chef Adam Thomas.
The French have Champagne carts, caviar carts and cheese carts – but in Beverly Hills, a much sweeter life is preferred.
The Blvd at Beverly Wilshire, A
The Candy Cart makes its debut this April and is available daily during lunch and dinner service in The Blvd. For just USD 9.00 per person, the server will wheel the colourful cart over to the table and fill a cellophane bag for each guest with their choice of candies.
A collection of seasonal, handcrafted confections are available and include items such:
- Raspberry and rosewater meringues
- Salted hazelnut caramels
- Hand-rolled dark chocolate truffles
- Orange macaroons
- Passion fruit pate de fruit
- White chocolate almond rochers
- Creme de menthe marshmallows
- Assorted M&Ms, jelly beans, gum balls
Modern and lively, The Blvd is the ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a power lunch, an afternoon break or a sophisticated dinner. Or, for the perfect see-and-be-seen atmosphere, the inviting outdoor patio overlooking Rodeo Drive. The Blvd’s menu, created by Executive Chef Gilles Arzur, includes cuisine with global influences as well as traditional menu selections. Guests can also enjoy live music in The Blvd every weekend. On Fridays and Saturdays, the lively David Sparkman Band performs from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am and on Sundays, solo rock guitarist Mark Castrillon plays from 8:00 to 11:00 pm.
