Executive Chef Brooke Vosika's famous and popular cooking classes take place inside the kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel Boston. These monthly classes include hands-on cooking and instruction as well as food, drink and fun. All participants receive an apron, recipe cards and house-made treats to take home.

Tuesday, January 17, 2012: Haute French

  • Coq au vin, cassoulet, gratin dauphinoise, almond pear clafouti; plus, the secrets behind a classic bearnaise sauce

Sunday, February 12, 2012: Couple's Valentine's Dinner (11:30am-1:30pm)

  • A romantic dinner for two: hors d'oeuvres, oyster and truffle bisque, American caviar with pink peppercorns, lobster, red velvet cupcakes

  • Oysters Rockefeller, lobster pot pie, Boston cream pie
