Burgers and Burgundy Wednesdays – Two tastings of Burgundian-style wines selected by Wine Director Jason Irving are paired with a choice of toppings on the famous Bristol Burger:
- The Original: House-made pickles and aged Vermont cheddar
- Montrachet: Goat cheese, roasted garlic and oven-dried tomatoes
- Croque Madame: Mornay sauce, Gruyère cheese and fried organic egg
- Grand Cru: Foie gras, sautéed onions and mushrooms (USD 9.00 supplement)
Cost is USD 30.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuities; available during dinner service only.
Bubbly Bar Thursdays – Kick things off on a spirited note with a selection of sparkling wines served at the bar for USD 10.00 per glass.
Live Music, Every Evening – Local legend Jeffrey Moore jazzes up the night from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, while a live jazz trio makes the evening memorable from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Located on the main floor of the Hotel, The Bristol Lounge has long been heralded for its exceptional food presented with impeccable service, including daily Afternoon Tea and the decadent Viennese Dessert Buffet. Prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Tim Fonseca, the Dessert Buffet features more than 30 kinds of mouth-watering cakes, cookies, crêpes and other confections on Friday and Saturday evenings.
