Pepper and Roses Night at Le Mistral

Le Mistral, the Hotel's romantic Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, hosts Pepper and Roses Night, a magical evening where lovers can enjoy a dedicated menu created by Chef Juan Gaffuri with the essences of pepper and roses. A four-course dinner including Valentine's themed dessert will be followed by dancing to live music.

The dinner starts with welcome cocktail, Peppercorn and Roses Essence, followed by haddock with rose petal consomme, zucchini, sweet onion and rose liquor bagna cauda; sourdough bread; carrot, broccoli and oca potato; pink peppercorn-glazed kobe short rib with asparagus, potato and truffle gratin; and finally cherries, roses, chocolate and peppercorn aromas prepared by Pastry Chef Joaquín Grimaldi as a sweet conclusion. Wines including Familia Gascón sparkling rosé will also be served, along with coffee and petit fours. Priced at ARS 460.00 per person.
