Unprecedented in the city, the First Butler is a complimentary service for guests staying in the Royal, Presidential and Nile suites.
“When a guest has any whim, the First Butler makes it reality,” says Randy Shimabuku, general manager of the Hotel.
The First Butler will greet guests upon arrival, register them in the comfort of their own suite, offer to unpack their luggage while they enjoy a welcome beverage, and take note of any other immediate requirements.
During guests’ stays, the First Butler will take In-Room Dining orders, handle all laundry and housekeeping requests, offer to draw baths in the evening, tidy the wardrobe and make sure the suite is maintained to perfection at all times.
When it’s time to leave, the First Butler will offer to pack for guests, present their account in advance of check-out, arrange for transportation, coordinate luggage pickup and escort guests to their waiting car.
“After experiencing First Butler service, you may wonder how you ever managed without it,” promises Shimabuku.
