Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca Celebrates Global Wellness Day with an Inspiring Program

This year’s stimulating program entails a spiritual wellbeing class entitled "The Art of Being Oneself," a unique and powerful experience animated by Younes Lahioui, a life coach and Director of NAFS, a personal and professional wellbeing magazine. This class will encourage participants to question themselves in order to improve relationships with others.
Another highlight of this year’s program is The Light Technique, a highly effective step-by-step treatment that looks at the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing and works to optimise both. This class, which will be animated by Katie Light, a master Reiki practitioner, uses a unique blend of both ancient and contemporary mind and body therapies, offered in one treatment package that is tailored to the individual. Katie will animate a class on Global Wellness Day and will also be available for one on one consultations from June 11 to 13, 2017.
In keeping with tradition, this year’s program will also offer a Master Yoga Class in partnership with Om Yoga. The Yin Yoga class, which is practiced mostly on the ground, encourages participants to focus on breathing, meditation and sensations while holding poses for a few minutes. This type of yoga allows beginners to take their time to find their rhythm, the basics of yoga postures and breathing.
