Seventh Heaven Comes to Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai with One-of-a-Kind Wine Dinner

In collaboration with seven of Italy’s best vineyards, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is organizing a night to remember for Thai wine lovers. Featuring a seven-course dinner created by Chef Daniele Bettini of Biscotti at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok with Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai Executive Chef Mario Prestigiovanni to complement the seven wines, this is sure to be an evening not to miss.

Guests will be able to sip and savour some of Italy’s best wines from the following winemakers:

  • Gottfried Pollinger from Nals Margreid Vineyard
  • Antonio Zanon from Zuani Vineyard
  • Marina Cvetic from Masciarelli Vineyard
  • Paolo de Marchi from Isole E Olena Vineyard
  • Giovanni Folonari from Tenute Folonari Vineyard
  • Valter Fissore Elvio Cogno Vineyard
  • Celestino Gaspari, Export Director from Zyme Vineyard

Having the winemakers and representatives from each vineyard present in person will give guests a great opportunity to hear more about the vintages, tasting notes, and the passions that drive them to make some of the best wines in the world.

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai Seventh Heaven wine dinner will be held at Rachawadee Residence on Friday, June 6, 2014, starting from 6:30 pm. The dinner is priced at THB 5,000 net per person (inclusive of government tax and service charge).
