Not everyone gets it right on Valentine’s Day and for those who need a “do over,” Allium and Dom Pérignon are partnering together for an evening of redemption on February 15 and 16 with the "Valentine's Day Dom Over" at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.

For those who forgot to send flowers or did not impress that special someone on Valentine’s Day, what better way to make it up than with a romantic four-course dinner and a bottle of Dom Pérignon. Allium will send guests off with a special gift of Dom Pérignon flutes to commemorate the evening as well as a complimentary gift certificate for a 55-minute massage at the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.

Allium and Dom Pérignon provide the perfect setting for a second chance at Valentine’s Day – guests just need to bring the romance and the mea culpa.

The Valentine’s Day Dom Over, available February 15 and 16, 2013 is USD 500.00 per couple. For reservations, call 312 799 4900.

Valentine’s Day Dinner at Allium

For those who want to get it right this Valentine’s Day, Allium is the perfect place to celebrate Valentine’s Day with its cozy fireplace and views of Michigan Avenue. Executive Chef Kevin Hickey shares a special four-course menu featuring:

  • Beet "Caprese" with goat cheese, winter savoury "pesto" and toasted hickory nuts
  • Lobster chowder with Champagne, caviar and lobster and prawn "toast"
  • Slow roasted rack of lamb (for one or two) - braised shoulder and sunchoke "lasagna," and green coffee and black cardamom jus; or, glazed black cod with oyster dumpling, coconut and ginseng curry, roasted oyster mushrooms and broccolini
  • Strawberry cream cheese “red velvet” with bittersweet chocolate and hazelnut ice cream, and lemon meringue kisses
The dinner is USD 95.00 per person or USD 130.00 with a glass of Dom Pérignon and is available February 14-16, 2013. For reservations call 312 799 4900 or book online.
