Make-Your-Own Mojitos

The Ritz-Carlton Chicago’s Bar Chefs have sought out the freshest fruits, vegetables and herbs to incorporate into summer concoctions. Select your ingredients, and we will mix them to your desire.

Start with 10 Cane rum, then add fruit (strawberry, pineapple or watermelon), mix in the sweet (agave nectar, cane syrup or simple syrup), toss in the splash (ginger beer, lemon lime or soda water) and top off with herbs (mint, basil or cilantro).

Each original creation is USD 14.50.

Grilled Bloody Mary

Each homemade Ritz Bloody Mary is mixed with Grey Goose vodka and Liquid Smoke, a concentrated seasoning that duplicates the appealing flavour and aroma of real smokehouse wood.

It’s one of six Summer Bloody Mary cocktails available in The Greenhouse. Choose from such offerings as Portuguese Mary (Level vodka, dry sack sherry and tomato juice), and Mary de Paris (Grey Goose vodka, Pernod and tomato juice).

Each Bloody Mary is USD 14.50.
