Ritz-Carlton Chicago Executive Chef Mark Payne has unveiled a new two-course lunch menu and three-course dinner menu in The Café. Priced at USD 24.00 and USD 35.00, the new market-driven menus offer diners exceptional taste and value.
“Quality dining doesn’t need to be expensive,” says Chef Payne. “The Midwest is ripe with seasonal product that translates to a lovely, affordable meal.”
Chef Payne’s seasonal menus celebrate fresh market flavours from Chicago’s Green City Market and local cooperative organic farmers. Payne visits the Green City Market weekly, incorporating fresh-from-the-farm flavours into his Café plates.
Guests will find asparagus from Elmer Beechy Farms in Elroy, Wisconsin, strawberries from Mick Klug Farms in St. Joseph, Michigan., and more.
