Ritz-Carlton Chicago Executive Chef Mark Payne has unveiled a new two-course lunch menu and three-course dinner menu in The Café. Priced at USD 24.00 and USD 35.00, the new market-driven menus offer diners exceptional taste and value.

“Quality dining doesn’t need to be expensive,” says Chef Payne. “The Midwest is ripe with seasonal product that translates to a lovely, affordable meal.”

Chef Payne’s seasonal menus celebrate fresh market flavours from Chicago’s Green City Market and local cooperative organic farmers. Payne visits the Green City Market weekly, incorporating fresh-from-the-farm flavours into his Café plates.

Guests will find asparagus from Elmer Beechy Farms in Elroy, Wisconsin,  strawberries from Mick Klug Farms in St. Joseph, Michigan., and more.

Lunch
Select two courses from Chef Payne’s weekly changing lunch menu available for USD 24.00. Recent menu options include:

The three-course dinner menu, available for USD 35.00, changes weekly. Wine pairings are available for an additional USD 20.00. Menu options include:

  Hidden Valley Oyster Mushrooms and Pickled Ramps, Garden To Be Violas

• Softshell Crabs
  Stone Circle Farms Creamed Spinach and Spring Nettles, Garden To Be Pea Vine and French Breakfast Radish Salad

The Café at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago is open for dinner Sunday through Thursday from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm and Fridays and Saturdays until midnight.
