Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the world’s leading luxury hospitality company, continues to grow its global partnership with UnionPay, one of the world’s largest card payment networks, with the announcement of a new promotion.

Since 2012, Four Seasons has been working with China UnionPay and its subsidiary UnionPay International to progressively introducing UnionPay to its properties across the globe. Today, more than 90 percent of the group’s portfolio offers UnionPay as a payment option.

From April 2017 onwards, the collaboration will extend beyond payment solutions to offer special benefits to card holders, beginning with a promotion for Bank of Communications China UnionPay premium card holders across seven Four Seasons hotels in mainland China.

“The partnership between Four Seasons and UnionPay has grown considerably over the past five years since UnionPay was introduced as a payment option across our hotels globally,” says Rainer Stampfer, President, Hotel Operations - Asia Pacific, “China ranks among the top three global feeder markets for Four Seasons and we are delighted to be able to embark on the next phase of our collaboration with UnionPay by offering additional promotional opportunities to card members. We look forward to working hand in hand with UnionPay and our bank partners to deliver many more special luxury experiences to their members when they visit Four Seasons in China, Asia Pacific and beyond.”

Bank of Communications China UnionPay Platinum card members can enjoy a 3-for-2 dining offer where the third guest enjoys complimentary dining at celebrated restaurants across Four Seasons hotels in Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Tianjin until October 1, 2017.
