Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora has just been named the Best Resort in the South Pacific by Brides magazine and Virtuoso in the annual Honeymoon Awards. Additionally, the islands of French Polynesia were named World’s Most Romantic Destination.

The magazine partnered with Virtuoso, the global network of more than 15,000 luxury travel specialists to select Honeymoon Award winners for the most romantic, luxe hot spots in the world. The Awards, which will be unveiled online and in the June/July 2017 issue of the magazine, recognise 200 winners in 19 different categories, including destinations, resorts, cruise lines and all-inclusive brands.

"We are thrilled to be recognised by Brides and the luxury travel specialists at Virtuoso, two true experts in romance travel, as the Best Resort in the South Pacific,” says Maria Jagla, General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora. “We are entirely focused on helping our guests create highly-personalised, memorable experiences full of romance and joy.”

In paying homage to the year of the first overwater bungalow, Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora is currently offering the Overwater Bungalow 50th Anniversary Package, which includes a EUR 1,967 Resort credit. Additionally, guests booking this package will receive a “Make Your Own Mai Tai” kit, allowing them to further celebrate this occasion with French Polynesia’s most famous cocktail.
