  • Palm Court - Available for lunch and dinner, the Palm Court awaits with a special dish put together uniquely for this celebration: nasi tumpeng, a taste of Indonesia. Bringing together a selection of traditional tastes from all around Indonesia, this dish features steamed coconut and turmeric rice, prawn balado, beef rendang, beef and chicken satay, potato cake and urap sayur, served with sayur kacang merah, sambal and assorted crackers. 
  • La Patisserie  - Celebrate at La Patisserie, the glamourous cake boutique for a taste of Chef Lorenzo Sollecito’s newest delight, the Merdeka Cake, a masterpiece in looks and taste with smooth Indonesian coconut mousse, soft gula melaka cremeux sitting on a heavenly bed of pandan sponge. For the perfect combination of sweets, pair it up with a special afternoon tea that may be enjoyed at La Patisserie or Palm Court.
