An 80 minute in-house Detox Body Ritual kick starts the cleanse at the stunning roof top spa boasting 360 degree views of the city below, before guests embark on a Ten Day Detox with a take home kit.

The Spring Clean experience begins with a green alkalising juice made from fresh cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger, turmeric and apple as well as the first dose of Detox Capsules, Phytonutrients + MSN, Essential Fatty Acid + B Complex and Superantioxidants from the home detox kit. The head-to-toe treatment follows with a full body skin brushing and exfoliation performed with using a nourishing seaweed, eucalyptus and lemon body scrub. Guests will then be cocooned in a warm, mineral-rich seaweed and eucalyptus mud wrap while enjoying a stimulating cedar and rose hip scalp massage. The ritual concludes with a stress-relieving back, neck and shoulder massage using a detoxifying body oil.

Following the treatment, Four Seasons expert therapists will introduce guests to their Ten Day Detox plan complete with a balanced eating plan and ingredients list, the perfect way to fully cleanse one’s body at a deep cellular level to both improve health and restore the body’s natural equilibrium.
