Exclusively at Four Seasons Hotel Milano, guests can now combine the pleasure of running around the city while benefitting from the expertise of a private coach from Nike.

Upon a simple request at the Concierge desk and after filling in a personalised questionnaire about their health conditions, jogging habits and run motivation, guests will be assigned a professional Nike Coach who will meet them for a run around the city. Adapted to all levels, this personal running session is customised to fit individual requirements, whether to train for a specific challenge or simply to keep fit while discovering the city of Milano.

Once establishing the length and objectives of the run, the Nike Coach will draft the itinerary throughout the city. The jogging path may include passing though landmark cultural sites such as the famous Duomo or Castello Sforzesco, as well as running in Milan’s unexpected and numerous gardens and green spaces. The jogging ends with a stretching session at the Hotel’s Fitness Centre equipped with treadmill, cross trainer, bikes, flexibility anterior, flexibility posterior, leg extension, chest press and the exclusive Omnia 3, perfect for a multifunctional training.
