New York, U.S.A.

Celebrate Global Wellness Day at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, which is joining forces with other Four Seasons sister properties on Saturday, June 10, 2017 for a day focused on promoting health and wellbeing.

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown has partnered with AKT to bring celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser’s signature Happy Hour Class to the Hotel. Anna Kaiser will open the morning with a welcome to the group and some inspirational words regarding health, fitness and the importance of integrating this into a daily lifestyle.

The following 60-minute Happy Hour class will alternate between choreographed combinations of dance cardio, toning and dynamic flexibility sections, all set to hot, heart-pumping music for a comprehensive workout that keeps the body toned and energised for days. Prepare to leave dripping in sweat, feeling shaken and stirred. The Happy Hour class will be led by Ariel Hoffman, Master Trainer and Director of Professional Development at AKT.

Following the Happy Hour, Hunter Cressman from The Modern Mind will give an introductory talk on Vedic meditation. This includes an inspiring story and knowledge about how meditation works for the modern mind. The practical knowledge that Hunter imparts will allow for more energy, clarity, creativity and happiness every day, allowing for ultimate performance and innovation in the workplace and at home.

Guests are invited to mix and mingle with Anna Kaiser and Hunter Cressman over light refreshments by Shaun Acosta, Executive Chef, Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown.

The Global Wellness Day experience includes the 60 minute Happy Hour Class, a take-home yoga mat and special refreshments by Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown.  Tickets are USD 10 donation and all proceeds go to philanthropic partner Global Green USA.
