Mastering the Art of Chocolate Truffles – Cooking Class

Join talented Four Seasons Pastry Chef Jane Cozier for a master class on making delectable and luscious chocolate truffles. Jane will lead participants in this hands-on class, from the process of tempering chocolate to the art of making the finest ganache centres and making two varieties:  one rolled in cocoa powder and the other dipped in chocolate with an assortment of toppings to adorn. At the end, guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of wine while savouring the fruits of their labour. And, each participant will take home four of their very own unique, handmade chocolate truffles in a Four Seasons-branded gift box, as well as Chef Jane’s recipe.

The Chocolate Truffle class will be held at Chef’s Table at Seasons Restaurant.

Halter Ranch Wine Dinner – Thursday, February 29, 2024

Celebrate the wines of Halter Ranch Vineyard Estates, an award-winning winery nestled in Paso Robles in the heart of California’s Central Coast. Boasting 200 acres (80 hectares) of certified organic grapes, Halter Ranch grows twenty grape varieties and is committed to environmentally responsible grape-growing practices. 

The wines to be featured this evening have inspired the Seasons culinary team to create a dynamic and elegant four-course menu that will showcase the finest seasonal ingredients to complement each selection. 

The evening will begin on the Seasons Veranda with a reception at 5:00 pm, followed by dinner in the Seasons Private Dining Room at 6:00 pm.
