On Sunday, May 14, 2017, Chef Gian Nicola Colucci and his team at Cielo Restaurant & Bar have prepared a decadent buffet spread. Gourmet favourites include a seafood raw bar featuring crab claws, cold-smoked shrimp, oysters and sushi. A selection of local farmhouse cheeses and charcuterie are a great starter before enjoying multiple action stations, such as the omelets made-to-order, pancakes with choice of sweet or savoury toppings, and carving stations that feature New York strip loin and roasted deviled chicken with mustard mango sauce. Take a tour of Italy with a pasta station that features lobster ravioli, house-made ricotta and spinach tortelli, and carrot tagliatelle. Save room for dessert as Pastry Chef Saul Juarez will be serving honey lavender mousse, mango coconut terrines, cherry lime crostadas and more.

Enjoy live music with bottomless Bloody Marys and Mimosas.  Younger guests are invited to create a special Mother’s Day card at the arts and crafts station.
