Pop-Up "Love You a Latte" Shop

Stop and smell the coffee at the Resort’s pop-up “Love You a Latte” shop. Located in Bean & Gone, the shop will be selling specialty coffees, treats, Spa gift sets, as well as in-room amenities starting from USD 80 to USD 245. The Resort’s team of romance specialists will transform guest rooms, suites and residences into a “Couple’s Treat” with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of prosecco; the “Roses and Romance” package provides a sea of romantic rose petals laced in the guest room and a bottle of prosecco; indulge in a “Sweet Escape” with chocolate covered strawberries and a dozen roses; or embrace the ultimate “Forever Yours” package, which includes a dozen red roses, chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of prosecco.

Flame Restaurant

Flame will offer a decadent four-course prix fixe "Foods of Love" menu, created by Executive Chef Marcus Stewart. Begin the romantic meal with oysters and caviar, followed by asparagus and speck before the main course arrives: petit filet and Maine lobster. Couples will end the evening on a sweet note with Executive Pastry Chef Andrew Schweska’s strawberry trifle. Take home a piece of Flame’s Valentine’s Day experience with a complimentary rose and box of truffles.

The Remedy Bar

The Remedy Bar is offering two ways to celebrate Cupid’s Day.

Calling all singles! The Remedy has created two single's-themed cocktails specifically with “him” and “her” in mind. Both in a seductive, deep red colour, “Her Cold Dead Heart” is intended for guys and made with gin, roasted beet juice, fresh citrus and soda water, while “His Cold Dead Heart," made for the ladies, has a sweet taste from the pomegranate juice, St-Germain, bitters and champagne.

Calling all couples! The Remedy has created a special aphrodisiac-enhanced menu with west coast oysters, asparagus and speck, and champagne and strawberries. Further elevate the dining experience with one of the Bar’s tasty “elixirs” such as the Medicine Cabinet On Draft, the V and Remedy No. 4.

The Spa

Nothing says “I Love You” like enjoying a relaxing rendezvous for two in the Resort’s Forbes Five-Star Spa. Choose from the Couple's Romance Ritual a rejuvenating escape beginning with a mineral foot soak followed by a side by side nourishing scrub, scalp massage and full body massage. Or book the Groomer Day package for two – enjoy one of the Spa’s signature treatments then be whisked over to local designer store Luca Bruno for a mountain designer styling session. End the day with a tasting experience at a local distillery or brewery. And a further enhancement to the day, all guests who receive treatments on February 14, 2017 will receive a complimentary glass of prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries.
