SIDECUT is set be Whistler's summer social hotspot with weekly Aprés Market Sundays, and an amped up Thursday Summer "Beer" BQ series, as well as the daily Hunt, Gather, Fish CAD 39 tasting menu to honour of Canada's 150th birthday.

  • Aprés Market - Sundays, 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm

Whistler's popular Sunday Farmer's Market is located a few steps from one of the village's best patios. Guests and visitors looking for a tasty way to pass the day are invited to sit back and enjoy a drink and dish created with farmer's market inspirations. Whistler's favourite BBQ is back. This summer, SIDECUT is partnering with different BC craft breweries every week, weaving beer into classic recipes and offering guests interesting pours and a wide selection of barbequed proteins, bright salads and satisfying sides. The addition of rotating live local musicians make Thursdays everyone's favourite day of the week.
