As a college student, Jorge López decided to travel across Mexico to explore and understand its flavours and traditions. His curiosity led him to Quintana Roo, the State of Mexico, Michoacán, Guerrero, Nayarit, and Jalisco. As he worked in kitchens across these different regions, he developed a taste for the country’s creole food.

With passion and determination, Jorge joined the team at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita in 2022 as Dos Catrinas’ chef. In his role as chef, he puts his experience and knowledge to work, making something as traditional as a taco unforgettable for the Resort’s guests. Everything Jorge makes is prepared with love and enthusiasm.
