Every bride knows the poem, “Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue,” describing what the bride should wear for good luck on her wedding day. At Four Seasons Hotel Denver, the “old” is left up to the bride, but the “new,” the “blue” and the “borrowed” are covered. In an exclusive partnership with Denver-based Hyde Park Jewelers, brides who host their wedding ceremony or reception at the new Four Seasons Hotel Denver ballrooms have an opportunity to borrow a necklace and a pair of earrings from Hyde Park, to ensure they are dazzling on their big day.

A bride who’s always dreamed of wearing a diamond and sapphire necklace, or diamond and opal earrings, for example, can now wear them on loan at no charge, courtesy of Hyde Park Jewelers. Brides can borrow any combination of necklace and earrings totaling a value of up to USD 10,000.00.

“Four Seasons Hotel Denver has amazing event space for weddings,” says Thierry Kennel, general manager. “Now, with this partnership with Hyde Park, what couple wouldn’t want to celebrate their wedding with us? Both the bride and the venue will be absolutely dazzling.”

Jewelry lines available to select from include Penny Preville, Tacori, Ivanka Trump, Jude Frances, Roberto Coin, and more.

Upon returning the jewelry to Hyde Park, the bride is presented with a complimentary white satin jewelry roll – the perfect travel case to take along on the honeymoon. If a bride absolutely can’t part with the jewelry, Hyde Park will extend a savings offer to purchase the jewels.

Four Seasons Hotel Denver did not forget about the “something blue” – brides will receive a personalised blue lace handkerchief, a lovely keepsake of their wedding day.

Honeymoon in Hawaii or Mexico

Yet another “something blue” could be the ocean: couples who book a wedding at Four Seasons Hotel Denver now through December 31, 2010 also receive a honeymoon perk at a favourite beach destination. If they choose, the bride and groom can receive three complimentary nights at Four Seasons Resort Lana’i at Manele Bay in Hawaii, or at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Mexico. The package includes guestroom and tax, plus Champagne upon arrival and in-room breakfast for two. Special rates are extended if the couple would like to extend their stay. This offer is available for weddings scheduled anytime in 2011 and 2012, reserved by the end of this year. Certain details apply.

Bridal Salon

Four Seasons Hotel Denver has an intimate showroom set up for brides who are interested in touring the event space for their wedding. Wedding cakes by Executive Pastry Chef Christopher Jordan are on display, in addition to an elegant table set up with fine linens and china. There also is a beautiful designer wedding gown, courtesy of Felice Bridal in Cherry Creek North, and a bridal jewelry display by Hyde Park Jewelers. The décor of the Bridal Salon is provided by DH Interiors Inc., an interior design firm based in Cherry Creek North.
