Sizzling, Simple and Sensational: Four Seasons Hotel Dublin Gets Its Grill On. New steak and seafood menu at Seasons Restaurant.

There is something mouth-wateringly evocative about quality ingredients cooked on a grill. The sizzle and the flavour have made this method of cooking a perennial favourite that belies seasonality and trends. Now, by popular demand, Four Seasons Hotel Dublin is taking the grill and making it the star of its food offering in Seasons Restaurant.

Launching this month, the New York-style steak and seafood grill menu looks set to have food lovers beating a path to the grill to custom -elect the size and cut of West Cork beef (dry aged for 28 days on the bone) they desire. Produced locally, traditionally extra matured on the bone and dry aged, the beef is selected from only the best producers on the basis of its marbling and quality, resulting in extraordinary taste and unrivalled tenderness.

With rib eye, sirloin or fillet - either Irish or American dry aged - all available in six different sizes, this menu is truly a steak lover’s dream come true. And that’s not all there is to tempt the carnivores as milk-fed veal chops, Irish pork chops, lamb cutlets and chicken breasts also feature on the new grill menu.

While Irish beef is renowned as among the best in the world, seafood is also one of Ireland's best national assets, and what better way to enjoy it than cooked to sizzling perfection, straight from the grill.

Fresh, succulent seafood including shrimp, scallops and salmon as well as big eye sushi-grade tuna, plaice and halibut are all available on the new grill menu.

And if the grill is the star of the show, then its support cast of classic signature starters - such as smoked salmon on Boston bibb lettuce with gribiche dressing - and side dishes (including truffle fries, chunky lobster mashed potatoes, and tempura Bermuda onion rings with tomato dust) make this a show-stopping menu.
