With fun and colourful creations by Pastry Chef Gregoire Michaud and his team, The Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong promises to put on its annual Easter treat in the way of all things sweet. The Easter Afternoon Tea buffet will be filled with new designs and delights from strawberry egg pops to spearmint-marinated spring berries, Easter blossom cakes to fresh hot cross buns. A set lunch menu will also be available and guests staying in-house are able to reserve a table to enjoy a relaxed family gathering in one of Hong Kong’s most pleasurable dining spots.
The Blue Bar lunch buffet will be enhanced with frosted carrot cakes and Easter chocolate cupcakes, as well as a chocolate display featuring baby chicks. This display will complement the Pastry Team’s main chocolate egg display in the Hotel’s lobby for all passing guests to admire.
In addition to dining in the famed Caprice or Lung King Heen, Guests staying at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong over Easter will also be able to experience the stunning setting of the Pool Terrace for a barbecue on Easter Saturday. Set on the sixth floor of the Hotel, the Pool Terrace is one of the most idyllic places to enjoy a barbecue in Hong Kong. Watching the sun set over The Peak, April is still mild enough in weather to find this outdoor location a most memorable occasion during the Easter break. The Easter Package is available at HKD 3900.00 per night when booked for three consecutive nights and guests receive an HKD 780.00 credit to spend in the Hotel.
