Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, named the #1 Hotel in Hawaii by U.S. News and World Report, brings the bold flavours of Sicily to guests with its exclusive blend of Beach Tree Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Beach Tree Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed exclusively from Sicilian nocellara del belice olives, which were harvested at the precise time their natural flavour is best, and then preserved with no chemical or colourant additives. The oil evokes a natural deep green colour and aromatic notes of herbs, tomato and artichoke. The flavour is one of full intensity, with a peppery finish.

When setting out to create the new Beach Tree Olive Oil, the Resort’s culinary team immediately looked to the volcanic soil of Sicily, and its renowned olives. They met and worked with fourth generation olive growers Lorenzo and Massimiliano Gerachi to create this exclusive oil.

After tasting a variety of blends, the team decided to feature only the nocellara del belice olive, as it best showcases the similarities in soil and geography between Hawaii Island and Sicily.

Beach Tree Olive Oil is served tableside with housemade bread at Beach Tree, and is also available for purchase by the bottle at the Resort.
