Diners will have the opportunity to enjoy a final farewell brunch at Acqua this Sunday, July 10, 2011 before the restaurant closes on July 14 for a complete transformation. The move makes way for an entirely new restaurant that will be the crown jewel of the

Top New York City-based design firm AvroKO, known for its sleek sensibility, has been appointed to create the new restaurant. The firm has received two James Beard Awards for restaurant design for its project for Public in New York. Other notable projects include restaurants Lily & Bloom in Hong Kong, Park Avenue in New York, Lavo in Las Vegas and Bourbon Steak in Scottsdale.
Acqua’s Farewell Sunday Brunch will include many of the features that have made it Miami’s number one, including a whole roasted pig, an expansive raw station and a dessert bar with more than 30 varieties of mini pastries. Brunch will be served from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for USD 70.00 per person. Reservations recommended.
Until the new restaurant opens, 14Thirty-Five lounge will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Bahia, the Hotel’s outdoor restaurant, will continue to serve lunch and cocktails throughout the day.
