Acqua Celebrates Beaujolais Nouveau With French Bistro Menu at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Diners will enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine.

As is tradition, the third Thursday of November sees the worldwide release of Beaujolais Nouveau and wine lovers rush to taste the easy-to-drink, food-friendly wine. From Thursday November 19 to Wednesday, November 25, Acqua, the hotel's signature restaurant, will fete Beaujolais Nouveau with special menus of French bistro fare and complimentary bottles of Beaujolais Nouveau Bouchard.
Diners will enjoy a three-course menu of traditional French bistro fare including
steak frites,
confit de canard and
mille-feuille accompanied by the wine of the day (one bottle for each party of two until supplies last). As an added incentive to enjoy French wines, guests are encouraged to bring a bottle of a treasured vintage and the corkage fee will be waived. Finally, because a French meal is never complete without cheese, a selection of artisanal
fromage will be available.
The enjoyment of wine is not to be limited to one week only; Acqua continues to offer extra value throughout the end of the year by taking 50 per cent off select wines.
