Four Seasons Hotel Miami Unveils New Terrace at Exclusive Event. Venue at Four Seasons Hotel Miami is newest see-and-be-seen spot.
At the fête, attendees had a great evening dancing under the stars to the tropical sounds of a live Cuban acoustic trio. Edge’s Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and Chef de Cuisine James King dished signature dishes including tomahawk double chop steak, East Coast oysters shucked 'live" and tartares made-to-order to be washed down with special cocktails made with Russian Standard Vodka, Appleton Rum, Deaths Doors Gin and Domaine Carneros wines. Pastry Chef Marko Krancher was at the helm of an innovative dessert station delighting guests with liquid nitro ice cream sundaes.
As the evening progressed, a DJ spun Top 40 hits as guests spilled onto the pool terrace to sample hand-rolled cigars by The Hotel Humidor. Before departing, all in attendance lined up for a memento picture by South Beach Photo Booth.
An extension of the bar scene and sophisticated indoor dining room that have made Edge the area’s newest hotspot, the new terrace offers a variety of seating options from a communal dining table to relaxed lounge areas and intimate table settings. A trellised canopy with a retractable awning provides protection from the elements, while lush greenery, twinkle lights and floor lanterns create a stylishly serene ambiance. Seating 29 in the lounge area and 76 in the dining area, the terrace at Edge is the perfect place for casual mingling, romantic dinners and communal gatherings.
