Four Seasons Hotel Miami
1435 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida, U.S.A. 33131

Wake Up and Smell the Coffee at Café Caliente at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. A coffee bar pops up for breakfast on the go.

Each morning, a coffee bar pops up in the lobby of Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Café Caliente serves a variety of specialty coffees, teas and pastries that one can enjoy either at the counter or on the go.

Though having a cappuccino and a croissant is always a great way to start the day, guests are enticed with local favourites such as café con leche and pastelitos, which are Latin American pastries – ours are filled with cream cheese and guava paste.

For a mid-morning pick-me-up, Miamians favour a cortadito, the quintessential Cuban coffee, made with espresso, a squirt of steamed milk and plenty of sugar. Those craving something more indulgent should try the dulce de leche latte, which includes a shot of the creamy Latin American dessert staple that our chefs make right in the Hotel’s pastry kitchen.

“Many of our guests are business travellers who appreciate the ability to grab something on the go. The coffee bar is also a nice way to get a taste of the local culture, as we try to bring some Miami flair with our offerings,” says Peter Tischmann, the Hotel’s director of food and beverage.

Café Caliente is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.
