A Gastronomic Soiree Awaits at the 1st Annual World Gourmet Festival at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is set to host the 1st World Gourmet Festival from March 17 to 26, 2017. The 10‐day long series of spectacular dinners, bartending displays and wine evenings will be showcased by world-renowned chefs and bar experts specially flown in from America, Asia and the Middle East.

Executive Chef Dessi De Vries and Head Mixologist Ashish Sharma of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai will orchestrate this bespoke experience, hosting exclusive dinners and cocktail evenings at The Club, San:Qi and AER Lounge & Bar.

Celebrated chefs including Dharshan Munidasa, founder of two of Sri Lanka’s most famous restaurants, Nihonbashi and Ministry of Crab (featuring at #29 and #49 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017); Timothy Butler of the famous Eat Me restaurant in Bangkok featured at #31 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017; Hari Nayak of the well‐known restaurants Alchemy, Café Spice and Bombay Bungalow in New York City; Himanshu Saini of Tres Ind in Dubai; and Cristian Borchi of Locanda L’Antica Porta di Levante in Vicchio and Passaquai in Borgo San Lorenzo in Tuscany will delight guests with their stunning dishes and elegant plating.

Bartending wizards from some of the top bars globally, namely, Philip Bischoff and Gabriel Carlos of Manhattan Bar at Regent Singapore, A Four Seasons Hotel, listed at #11 in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2016; Alex Veringa of Quinary Bar in Hong Kong; Marco Corallo of Hendricks Bar, Four Seasons Resort Dubai Jumeirah Beach; Charmaine Thio and Jay Paramathayalan of 28 HongKong Street in Singapore wil also showcase their magic.
