For the couple who can’t quite bear to elope but would like to keep their wedding small, private and exclusive, Four Seasons Tented Camp now offers a unique opportunity that promises to keep the guest list from growing. A maximum of 30 guests will enjoy a three-night/four-day jungle escape in the heart of the Golden Triangle. The sunset wedding ceremony will take place on elephant-back at the peak of the Tented Camp, overlooking the crossroads of three countries – Burma, Thailand and Laos. A white orchid campfire dinner at the Elephant Camp culminates in the launching of traditional Thai lanterns into the night sky to carry best wishes for the couple closer to the heavens. From the arrival by longtail boat to elephant mahout training, from Golden Triangle excursions to spa treatments, from hair and make-up for the bride to cocktails by the pool, all details will be taken care of, so the couple will only have to remember to say “I do.” The Tented Camp is available for private wedding parties with a minimum of 10 tents booked for three nights.
