Unsung Heroes Dinner Series Kicks Off at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis on June 23
The dinner will feature six of St. Louis’ finest sous chefs, underutilized parts of a hog and products from local farmers – all of which often go unnoticed, but are so deserving of recognition. Participating sous chefs include Shimon Diamond (Cielo Restaurant & Bar,
Cielo’s own Shimon Diamond will be getting the evening started with appetizers and a cocktail reception, followed by a five-course dinner. The cocktail reception will feature Cielo’s Four Roses Bourbon and local brews. The sous chefs will be using fresh products from Jones Heritage and Such and Such Farm.
