Unsung Heroes Dinner Series Kicks Off at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis on June 23

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis will be kicking off the Unsung Heroes Dinner Series on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 6:00 pm.  

The dinner will feature six of St. Louis’ finest sous chefs, underutilized parts of a hog and products from local farmers – all of which often go unnoticed, but are so deserving of recognition. Participating sous chefs include Shimon Diamond (Cielo Restaurant & Bar, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis), Justin McMillen (Sidney Street Cafe), Ryan McDonald (Juniper), Josh Poletti (The Libertine), Alex Feldmeier (Brasserie) and Summer Wright (formerly Brasserie).

Cielo’s own Shimon Diamond will be getting the evening started with appetizers and a cocktail reception, followed by a five-course dinner. The cocktail reception will feature Cielo’s Four Roses Bourbon and local brews. The sous chefs will be using fresh products from Jones Heritage and Such and Such Farm.
