Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis will celebrate Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 10, 2017 with sunrise yoga followed by a healthy breakfast, special pricing on a therapeutic spa treatment and more.

“On Global Wellness Day, we will join thousands of wellness organisations in more than 100 countries and focus our attention on living well and having fun,” says Erin Stewart, the Hotel’s Director of Spa and Salon.

At 8:00 am on Saturday, June 10 attendees can start their day with complimentary yoga on the eighth floor Sky Terrace, offering panoramic views of the Mississippi River and downtown skyline. This all-levels class will emphasise breath, movement, strength and alignment, instructed by leading local yoga enthusiasts Sumits Yoga St. Louis.

Following yoga, attendees are invited to refuel with complimentary small bites from Chef Gian Nicola Colucci of Cielo Restaurant and Bar, including freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruit salad and house-made granola bars.

Refresh the mind and body in The Spa with the new Complete Indulgence Massage. Guests will discover the relaxing scents of coconut and exotic tiare flower, while hot stones melt away muscle tension and stress. Skin is hydrated from head to toe with warm oil before the experience concludes with a soothing scalp massage. For a limited time, this 50-minute treatment will be offered at a special price of USD 165.

“We invite St. Louis to participate in an effort to celebrate good health and promote an active lifestyle on June 10,” says the Hotel’s General Manager Alper Oztok.
