Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is celebrating Sunday, April 16, 2017 with a decadent Easter brunch at Flame, the Resort’s signature restaurant, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at USD 55 per person.

Gather friends and family to savour Flame’s locally sourced and seasonally inspired breakfast buffet, complete with made-to-order omelets and waffles, expansive cold cuts display, colourful fruit plater, house made pastries, yogurt, eggs, bacon and oatmeal. As an enhancement to the menu this Easter, enjoy composed salads such as Israeli couscous, prosciutto wrapped asparagus with balsamic reduction, and watermelon with roasted corn and heirloom cherry tomatoes, as well as seafood, vegetable and chicken paella action stations. But this feast would not be complete without a visit to the prime rib station where a seasoned chef will carve slices of meat at the desired temperature.  

Guests will end brunch on a sweet note by visiting the bottomless candy bar featuring springtime favourites such as chocolate Easter eggs, gummy worms, an assortment of plated desserts and a truffle action station.

And with only a few weeks left of ski season, it’ll be only natural to gaze out the restaurant windows on the expansive views of Vail Mountain to start planning which runs to hit after this hearty meal.
