BOURBON STEAK at Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC Celebrates 5th Anniversary with Fall Cocktail Series and December Reunion Dinner
Mark the calendar for BOURBON STEAK’s fifth anniversary reunion dinner, taking place on Monday, December 16, 2013. Chef Michael Mina is commemorating this milestone with an exclusive dinner featuring all of the chefs that have played a part in the restaurant’s success for the past five years. Joining Chef Mina will be David Varley, Adam Sobel, Zachary Mills, Lincoln Carson and the restaurant’s current Executive Chef John Critchley. Will Morris, who served as Sous Chef under Chefs Varley and Sobel, will provide canapés during the cocktail reception preceding dinner.
Priced at USD 165.00 per person and USD 250.00 per person including wine pairings and excluding tax and gratuity, the evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 7:00 pm followed by a six-course dinner in the main dining room at 7:30 pm. Head Bartenders Jamie MacBain and Duane Sylvestre are pouring house-bottled renditions of five of the restaurant’s most popular cocktails from the last five years of operation.
