BOURBON STEAK at Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC Hosts Three Exclusive Wine Dinners This October

Julian Mayor, Head Sommelier at BOURBON STEAK at Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC, will welcome a boutique winemaker, a small producer and a guest sommelier to the modern American steakhouse for three exclusive wine dinners this October. The dinners will give guests the opportunity to meet and chat with the wine specialists in an intimate setting.

 An evening with Mark and Allison Ketcham of Ketcham Estate Vineyards

Guests will taste the latest vintages from the vineyard, best known for its rich Russian River Valley Pinot Noirs, paired with a five-course menu created by Executive Chef John Critchley.

 The Bertani Amarone Library Dinner

This five-course dinner will showcase not only Bertani’s exclusive amarones but also wines from other top producers in Italy. Guests will have the opportunity to taste extremely rare vintages aged for more than three decades.

Final F(l)ight Club

Julian Mayor will face off against Julie Dalton, sommelier at Wit & Wisdom Tavern at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, for the final installment of F(l)ight Club: All in the Family. At this dinner, guests will see Julian and Julie spar against each in head-to-head pairings with guests picking their favourite pairing and the overall winner.
