“Where rivers, mountains and people meet” is the motto of the new Squamish Lil’Wat Cultural Centre in Whistler. Four Seasons Resort Whistler has partnered with the community facility as the exclusive caterer, with menus created by Executive Chef Scott Thomas Dolbee in collaboration with First Nations Chef Andrew George (some new choices also appear on the menu at the Resort’s Fifty Two 80).
