In celebration of Global Wellness DayFour Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island and The Pearl Spa and Wellness have put together an engaging series of health-focused activities to provide a day of wellness for residents, Hotel guests and the community of the capital.

Global Wellness Day is a social movement celebrated in more than 100 countries across the globe and is entirely non-profit, reminding the entire world of the importance of living well, encompassing everything from exercise and beauty treatments, spiritual teachings and ways of thinking, to the harmony between body and spirit for people of all ages including the little ones.

Avid cyclist, Four Seasons Regional Spa Lead and General Manager Olivier Thomas leads the way in the Hotel’s commitment to health and wellness. “Abu Dhabi has always been a perfect place to keep fit and stay healthy with abundant options to exercise either indoor or outdoor. It came naturally then to actively strive to embrace that high standard of wellness at Four Seasons. We are aware that our guests, residents and employees lead busy lives, and while striving to tackle the stress of a global pandemic it can be difficult to remember the importance of self-care. Global Wellness Day reminds us all to pause and think about the value of our wellbeing. Together with our Abu Dhabi team, I wish everyone continues these health-driven habits for the rest of the year 2021.”
