Alexandria is no stranger to Italian food. Once a part of the Roman Empire, the city is famous for its Italian heritage, still seen in every corner.

At Stefano’s restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria, guests can enjoy an elegant atmosphere and an authentic Italian menu that takes them on a journey through time and space, back to the glamorous, cosmopolitan era of earlier times.

Executive Sous Chef Giuseppe Pucciarelli understandably fell in love with the city from the very first moment he arrived. “Alexandria reminds me so much of my home city of Salerno in the Campania region, with so many similarities. The Mediterranean spirit here is everywhere, with a strong cultural background and fresh seafood to make Italian dishes such as braised octopus with cannellini beans and lemon, or seafood rigatoni.

Inspired by his childhood memories, Giuseppe has created a new menu at Stefano’s, rich in taste and culture that these two beautiful cities bring to life.  Giuseppe’s passion for culinary arts  started at a very young age when he used to sneak to his grandmother's kitchen, and from there he started his travels to discover the world. Now, guests of Four Seasons can indulge their taste buds with his Italian charm and authenticity at Stefano's Restaurant.

This season, the restaurant opens its doors for a series of special events designed for guests to “travel” around Italy through his tasteful dishes and traditions.
