With the collaboration between Italian Executive-Sous Chef Giuseppe Pucciarelli and French Director of Pastry Operations Chef Patrick Moreau, the best of the two worlds is right at the table in a vibrant ambience.
Chef Patrick brings his French culinary expertise to delight guests with daily fresh bakery corner, with delivery around Alexandria also available. "There is nothing more exciting than fresh bread and pastries to enjoy at the comfort of your home. It comes perfectly packaged, ready to be delivered directly to your doorstep," explains Chef Patrick.
The new all-day menu offers a variety of comfort food including sandwiches, pizza and pasta with bread and dough prepared in-house daily. The chefs have created a number of signature dishes for guests to enjoy in a comfortable and relaxed environment. “Whether it's an original French quiche or a rustic minestrone served in a fresh bread loaf or the full freshness of our healthy options, all are crafted to offer an authentic flavour," says Chef Guiseppe.
"In addition to the All-Day Cafe Menu, we are adding an artisan bakery display prepared specially by Regional Pastry Chef Patrick Moreau. Our focus is to deliver the best-handcrafted bread in town, as well as classic pastries, signature cheesecakes and savoury treats for guests to enjoy in the cafe or taken away,” adds Sebastien Braun, Director of Food and Beverage.
