Akın Karabatak nurtured his experience after graduation by travelling and working in Dubai, Doha and Tokyo. In addition, he also worked with Michelin-starred chefs along this journey. His specialty lies in the fusion of European and Asia cuisine into Anatolian cuisine.
During his visit to Alexandria, he will take the guests through a journey of flavours and taste, starting with brunch on February 3, 2023, where he will present a selection of appetizers, main courses and desserts. Whether it's famous doner and dolma or more sophisticated dishes such as Pilic Topkapi - stuffed chicken with lamb liver rice - guests will indulge themselves with samples of delicious Turkish dishes created with passion by Chef Akin. Also, guests are invited to discover the wealth of the seven regions of Turkey, where its vast historical heritage and geography influenced each region with a distinctive cuisine.
