Marshall Allen Röth, Head Chef of Butcher & Still, the modern recreation of a 1920s prohibition-era Chicago steakhouse located at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, is coming back to Amman for a limited time. Röth will feature his prime-cut steak specialties at La Capitale starting from October 6, 2021.
