Four Seasons Hotel Amman is collaborating with renowned local patisserie Chez Hilda to bring back Amman’s favourite cake: the Croquant Cake.

Crafted by Anas Al Qusairi, Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Amman, and Madam Hilda, founder of Chez Hilda, the Croquant Cake is moist and fluffy with its rich combination of dacquoise and chiffon filled with praline cream, croquant and cream chantilly. Dreamlike and feminine, the limited edition cake is available to the first 100 people who want to treat their mother to an exquisite delight.

The story of Chez Hilda started back in 1987 where a very talented, passionate, ambitious and determined lady started designing cakes and creating the production from scratch. She drew the sketches, bought the best ingredients, created the flavour combinations and the best mixes, and the outcome was divine tasting and looking cakes.

Anas Al Qusairi has been making life sweeter at Four Seasons Hotel Amman since 2008, when he joined as an Assistant Pastry Chef. The Jordanian national was promoted to Pastry Chef after just a year in the Four Seasons kitchen and is now the first and only Jordanian Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Amman.
