General Manager, La Capitale and SIRR
“The best career advice anyone can give or receive, is to do what you love. If you feel passionate about the work you do every day, you work harder, grow faster and share that passion with the people around you. This how the service become a passion and not just job."

Maxime's career with Four Seasons began back in 2012 at Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris where he worked at the famous Le Cinq, a 3 Michelin star restaurant. After nearly four years of experience in Paris, Maxime moved to New York City to explore a different world at Daniel, a 2 Michelin star restaurant. He rejoined Four Seasons in 2016 at Ten Trinity in London as their Private Club Manager and now it's an exciting time to welcome him to the team in Amman.
His first impression of La Capitale is that it's not only a restaurant in Amman but rather a destination so he is very excited about building on that success.
Maxim was born in France and his passion for food kicked off at the young age of 14 years old. His dad owned a brasserie close to Paris and Maxime used to help him out on the weekends and on school holidays.
One of the questions Maxime is always asked is about his favourite cuisine. He gives a simple answer. "My favourite cuisine is any good cuisine; it doesn’t matter where it comes from." However he will never resist a delicious veal sweetbread.
In his free time, Maxime likes football, fashion and to discover new bars and restaurants.
