This February, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla will continue to reign as Anguilla’s premier beachfront Resort by welcoming leading culinary and beverage talent to curate one-of-a-kind experiences that tie to the island’s soul. Guests will be able to indulge in culinary and mixology delights through the Resort’s partnership with Head Chef Ismael Paul from Four Seasons Madrid, who will make his island debut during the pop-up, as well as welcoming back award-winning Miami-based mixology maestro Valentino Longo:

Explore Four Seasons Madrid’s culinary excellence with Head Chef Ismael Paul of Dani Brasserie as he takes over the Resort’s beachfront Bamboo Bar & Grill - February 17-24, 2023 - The Resort’s beloved culinary team, helmed by Executive Chef Emmanuel Calderon, will welcome Madrid-based Chef Ismael Paul for a Bamboo Bar and Grill takeover. As Head Chef of Dani Brasserie, revered by A-listers and culinary enthusiasts alike, Chef Ismael will offer excellence, authenticity, and fun as he explores his Spanish haute cuisine on the island of Anguilla. His expertise spans over 21 years of working with the world’s finest Michelin chefs, including Paco Roncero and Martín Berasategu, as well as his experience as the head chef of Etxeco Madrid. A glimpse into an authentic meal on the idyllic Mead’s Bay will include croquette tapas, a savoury paella entree, and conclude on a sweet note with the brasserie’s signature flan.

Award-Winning Mixology Maestro Valentino Longo Returns to Sunset Lounge - February 20-25, 2023 - After four notable pop-ups at the Resort’s famed Sunset Lounge, Miami-based Italian mixologist Valentino Longo will return to Anguilla for an exciting five-day pop-up. Formerly Head Bartender at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club and now Founder of Shōshin Art Club, Longo will offer a bespoke cocktail menu explicitly crafted for the occasion of President’s Week. Drawing inspiration from historical American cocktails, the menu will utilize fresh local ingredients and add tropical touches to include the Sazerac 1800, Mint Julep 1803, The Daiquiri 1890, and classic The Dry Martini 1911.

As of November 3, 2022, a tropical escape is more accessible than ever as American Airlines expanded their daily services with the addition of two flights every Saturday.
