Executive Chef Renato Rizzi Launches New Italian Seasonal Menu at Zafferano at Four Seasons Hotel Baku

The newly introduced grilled section of the menu is particularly tempting, with the Duck Breast, Irish Beef Sirloin and selection of freshly grilled fish starring as the menu highlights. An extended offering of delicious new side dishes such as Truffle French Fries and Roasted Potatoes served with rosemary act as the perfect accompaniments to any meal.

A new selection of Executive Pastry Chef Suraj Karmakar’s desserts is as tempting as they are indulgent. These captivating dishes include: Crème Brûlée accompanied with seasonal berries and shortbread, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, and Sticky Toffee Pudding served with tonka bean caramel and candied pecans.
