Vusal Isagov is one of those truly hard working people who are always working on improving themselves. After graduating from the Azerbaijan University of Languages in 2009 he joined a local computer sales company as sales manager and worked there for four years. In 2011, while attending the International Education and Career Exhibition he saw the doorman vacancy at the desk of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and immediately applied. After a couple of weeks, Vusal started his career with Four Seasons Hotel Baku. As he did a great job, Vusal’s career ladder started to grow very fast: in a year he became an Airport Greeter/Limousine Driver and then again within a year he joined the Concierge team in 2014. Four years later, in the beginning of 2018, Vusal Isagov was promoted to Chef Concierge and became one of the first concierges of five star hotels in Azerbaijan who earned the most prestigious recognition in the world of concierge services - Les Clefs d’Or, the "keys of gold.”

The journey to Les Clefs d’Or was started from his very first days in Four Seasons Hotel Baku. Vusal realised that he wants to be a bigger part of guests’ experiences, to guide and help them. He wanted his guests to see him as a local expert and the ambassador of his own beautiful city of Baku. He then set a goal to become a member of this elite concierge organisation.

“We are the representatives and the ambassadors of our city,” Vusal says. In his opinion the foundation of the successful work is positivity and a smile. “These two things are so simple yet very important, not only at work and not only in hospitality but in every aspect of our lives.”

Though Vusal Isagov has reached heights, he always aims to achieve even more.
