Give Thanks This Festive Season with Brunch in the Ballroom at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore
This Thanksgiving, the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is proud to present an expansive autumn-inspired brunch buffet on Thursday, November 28, 2019.
Gather friends and family to indulge in a waterfront brunch with live entertainment in the Hotel's Cobalt Ballroom overlooking the Inner Harbor and marina. The bountiful buffet spread will feature gourmet holiday favourites including carving stations highlighting slow roasted marinated turkey and herb roasted prime rib, traditional chestnut stuffing, and home-style baked mac & cheese, plus a seafood raw bar, with chilled shrimp cocktail and fresh shucked Chesapeake oysters. A selection of assorted artisan cheeses and charcuterie are a great starter before enjoying action stations, such as omelets made to order and build-your-own sweet or savoury crepe station.
Plus, those in attendance will have an opportunity to get a sneak peek skate on the Hotel’s exclusive rooftop skating rink before opening to the public Black Friday. For the second year in a row, the Hotel will transform its fifth floor Harbor Terrace into a 1,800 square foot (165 square metre) synthetic ice skating rink boasting expansive views of both the harbor and city skyline. The rink will be filled with holiday sights and sounds featuring hundreds of twinkling lights, festive holiday décor, and lively music. Participation is on a first come first serve basis and includes complimentary skate rental and rich, decadent, European-style hot chocolate topped with house-made flavoured marshmallows.
Seatings for Thanksgiving Brunch are available at 11:00 am and 1:30 pm. For a limited time only, early bird adult tickets are available for USD 99 including bottomless Mimosas and Bellinis. Regular tickets will be available for USD 125 per adult, including bottomless Mimosas and Bellinis; USD 55 children under 12 years of age; complimentary for children 4 years of age and younger. Tickets include taxes and 20 percent gratuity. Each reservation will be accommodated within 30 minutes of the selected seating time. A staff member will contact guests prior to confirm party size.
