Culinary Highlights at CUR8

Since no festival is complete without some special culinary treats, the Hotel’s chefs have crafted a line-up of delicious traditional treats. Calling this the Dehlvi Diwali, the Indian dinner buffet at CUR8 has been inspired by the fascinating mix of various communities that influenced the cuisine of Delhi including Mughals, Punjabis, Kayasthas and Marwaris.

From October 26 to 30, 2019, guests can enjoy Delhi's cuisine - a medley of flavours from Indo-Persian culinary traits brought in by Mughals, flecked by European and various refugee communities from other parts of India.  
Special dishes will include bhagirathi mehar paneer, amrut ki subzi, kunni dal, dariba kalan nehari, and dehliwal hari turai. A repertoire of sweet treats will ensure that a befitting sweet ending is part of the festive experience.
